On 12 August we celebrate International Youth Day, this year focused on “Building a Better World: Partnering with Youth”.
In the lead up to the Day, the United Nations will hold a series of six Google+ Hangouts on 8, 9 and 10 August to discuss issues related to employment; entrepreneurship; education, including on sexual and reproductive health; political inclusion; citizenship; and protection of rights. For more information about the themes, panellists and times, please see the International Youth Day web page.
